This weekend I visited Fibre East which was held in Bedford. There were lots of people at the fayre when I arrived and everyone looked like they were having fun. There were a lot more stalls than I thought there would be and many different spinning wheels and looms for people to try out which I thought was really good. There were also many supplies from lots of different fleeces and different yarns to choose from that you wouldnt find in your local John Lewis. My favourite stall was Spin City which had amazing fun coloured yarns

The best thing about the event was outside where a farmer was demonstrating how to shear a sheep! You could even pick your fleece before it was off the animal. It was the highlight of the day to me.
