So this weekend me and my friend zoe hosted a crafternoon for some of our friends.

Zoe made some amazing decorations and we got lots of snacks and drinks for everyone to enjoy. My amazing friend Gemma also made a cake for everyone which was lovely.

The plan was to let everyone create something of their own and we could help if they wanted to. We provided lots of yarn, buttons, threads, ribbons and pompoms.

People were a bit overwhelmed at first and didnt know where to start but everyone started chatting and very soon people were trying out macrame and learning to crochet.

We had some great success in making some colourful friendship bracelets, pompom necklaces and crochet jewellery.

It was a great afternoon and we are already planning our christmas themed crafternoon as everyone was so keen to do it again.
